Sue Hersey

Having worked in HR since leaving school, whilst studying part-time at Farnborough Technical College.

I joined Festo in 1996 as an HR Advisor, based at our offices in Fleet, Hampshire.   In October 2015 I relocated to Northampton Office.  I am involved in the Festo Apprenticeship Programme, ensuring our apprentices maintain a high level of training and support throughout their journey at Festo.   I am also a STEM Ambassador where I attend local schools and colleges giving career advice, help with interviews and CV writing.
